Without Signature: Orders shipped without a signature requirement are uninsured. If your package is not delivered to you or is missing, you will not be eligible for a replacement.

With Signature: Orders shipped with a signature requirement are insured. If your package is not delivered to you or is missing, you are required to contact us within 10 days of the delivery receipt. You will be provided with a replacement at no additional charge.

Courier: Orders are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx depending on your location. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Order Processing
Orders are usually processed next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

Order Revisions
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Shipping Details
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order, excluding a 30% restocking fee and original shipping fee. A new shipping fee will apply to have the order reshipped.

Return to Sender
Orders returned to us due to the following circumstances: failure to sign for the package, failure to retrieve the package from your local postal/courier office, refusal of packages, and/or packages with incorrect or missing shipping details. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the original order, deducting a 30% restocking fee and the original shipping charges. Reshipping of the order will incur a new shipping fee.

Order Process

    Orders are processed the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

    Orders that are successfully placed will receive a confirmationemail with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shippingemail with the tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also find your order details and tracking number under "My Account".

    Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it and let us know of any issues within 10 days of delivery. If any items are damaged or defective will provide a replacement or refund.

We take great pride in packaging each order with utmost attention and care. Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you inspect it thoroughly. Should you discover any issues with your order, please notify us within 10 days of deliveryIn the unlikely event that you receive damaged or defective items, please rest assured that we are fully committed to making things right for you. Depending on the situation, we'll gladly offer you the choice of a replacement item or a refund. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must notify us of your order issue(s) within 10 days of delivery.

Online Course Enrolments

  • 01.

    Once you have purchased the online course, you'll receive a course enrolment email within 5 minutes. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder. Alternatively, you'll find your access to the Student Course Portal under under "My Account".

  • 02.

    If you enrolled in the online course with the course kit, your kit will be shipped the next business day. If you enrolled in the online course only without the course kit, you will only receive access to the online course.
